So, as unconventional as this is, I used this thumb camera for real time recording with the built in microphone on for a Paranormal Investigation. Let me just tell you, the first thing I love about this camera is that you can set the recordings to loop at any minute increment from 1 to 9 minutes. You do not have to have the app open the entire time. The app is easy to use. Once you set up the camera and app together, it is extremely easy and self explanatory. The camera has its own WiFi network that your phone hooks up to for you to either watch in real time what is happening wherever you have the camera set up or to watch the recordings that it has taken. For the investigation, I chose for the recordings to loop every 9 minutes so that when I went through the footage I wasn’t overwhelmed by one long recording.
